Prioritize your three attribute categories as desired: "1" is your character's first priority, the most important to your character, and gets 6 points to spread amongst the attributes there. "2" is second priority, and gets 3 points. "3" is third priority, getting a meager 1 point.
You may reduce the values from other stats as you wish (Up to 10 points worth, total, from amongst the stats, no more than 5 from a single attribute.) and use these extra points to spread as desired amongst the other stats.
